We are pleased to offer mat Pilates classes! This is the perfect opportunity for you to strengthen your core and increase your range of motion safely and effectively.
Our Pilates instructor, Jennifer Chuang, welcomes everyone to her private classes. She has a background in classical dance, pole, and aerial arts. She began studying Pilates as a form of self-care and injury prevention. Throughout her practice as a performer and as an instructor, she has developed an appreciation for how Pilates helps to improve core stability and maintain long-term fitness.
